• Founded in New York City in 1936, Urnex is a family owned company that is the world’s leading manufacturer of cleaning products for commercial and at home coffee and espresso equipment.
• Our company began by making cloth filters and cleaning products for coffee carts that were beginning to populate New York City in the 1930’s. Since the beginning, we have always strived to help the world drink and serve better tasting coffee every day.
• Today, we sell our products in over 65 countries.

• We are proud to now be using our many years of expertise to provide coffee drinkers at home with the same level of cleaning excellence we offer our commercial customers.

A graduate of Yale University and The Kellogg School of Management, Joshua spent several years in Investment Banking at Salomon Brothers and in Marketing and Sales at Unilever HPC. Since Joshua became the President of the family business in 2003, Urnex has seen tremendous growth on both the commercial and retail side. Joshua and his team have successfully developed many long term relationships with top machine makers and retailers all over the world. Joshua lives in New York City with his wife and 3 daughters.
